3. Your Responsibilities
a. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account login details (username, password) secure.

b. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Upload, share, or store illegal content, including copyrighted material without permission, malware, or anything that violates laws.
Use FileKub to harm others, such as distributing spam or engaging in abusive behavior.
Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the Service.
c. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the files you upload. By using FileKub, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, and distribute your files as needed to provide the Service (e.g., sharing with users you authorize).
4. Our Rights and Responsibilities
Service Availability: We aim to keep FileKub running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates without prior notice.
Content Monitoring: We do not actively monitor your files but reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Account Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice.
5. Storage and Limits
Free Plan: New users receive 15GB of free storage. Additional space may require a paid subscription.
File Size: We may impose limits on individual file sizes or total storage, which will be communicated on our website.
Inactive Accounts: If your account is inactive for 12 months, we may delete your files after notifying you via email.
6. Intellectual Property
FileKub Property: The FileKub name, logo, and platform are our intellectual property. You may not use them without our written permission.
Your Content: You are responsible for ensuring your uploaded files do not infringe on others’ rights (e.g., copyright, trademarks).
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
FileKub is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your expectations. Use it at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FileKub and its affiliates will not be liable for:
Loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $50 if you use the free plan).
9. Termination
By You: You can delete your account anytime by contacting us or using the account settings.
By Us: We may terminate your access to FileKub for violating these Terms or for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your files may be deleted within 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as needed. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of FileKub after changes means you accept the new Terms.
